Shipping Us a Repair:
A How-To Guide

At Deltronics, we are happy to diagnose and service any broken electronic audio equipment you may have, no matter where you are. Here's step-by-step instructions on how to start the process:

  1. Fill out the Unit Intake Form below and hit "Submit."

  2. We will contact you with next steps (how to ship, what to include in the box).

  3. You'll ship the unit to us and we will contact you with a repair estimate within 2-5 business days of receiving it.

  4. If you approve the repair estimate we will contact you for payment upon completion of your repair.

  5. In the event that you decline your repair, the unit is non repairable, or there is nothing wrong with your unit, you will be charged a $75.00 diagnostic fee plus any return shipping charges.
