At Deltronics, we are happy to diagnose and service any broken electronic audio equipment you may have, no matter where you are. Here's step-by-step instructions on how to start the process:
Fill out the Unit Intake Form below and hit "Submit." If the unit is under warranty we will not charge $75 diagnostic fee, however if it is found to be not under warranty you will be responsible for the diagnostic fee and return shipping.
Pack the unit carefully and ship with your contact info inside the box. Include your proof of purchase if under warranty. Do not include any cords or power supplies.
After the package arrives, will contact you with an estimate within a week.
If you approve the estimate we will contact you upon completion of the repair.
In the event that you decline your repair, the unit is non repairable, or there is nothing wrong with your unit, you will be charged a $75 diagnostic fee plus any return shipping charges.
